Eliminating Racial Disparity & Disproportionality

Our Mission: Ensure Fair Treatment and Equitable Services to All

Eliminating Racial Disparity & Disproportionality (ERDD) is an Advisory Group. It is a collaborative group, made up of various community partners and stakeholders. This includes the local Child Abuse Prevention Council, Probation Department, Department of Education, Mexican Consulate, youth and reunified birth parents.

Our community partners and stakeholders come together to examine the proportional representation of minority children in Social Services Agency Children and Family Services Dependency as compared to the general children population. This group is also tasked with developing strategies and recommendations to remedy any disproportionality issue.

ERDD Meets Monthly – 2nd Wednesday 9:00 AM -10:30 AM Office of CASA, 1505 E. 17th Street (2nd Floor) Santa Ana, CA 92705
