Planning Council oversees all Family to Family strategy groups. 
Meeting Purpose:  To evaluate the current system, note strengths and concerns, establish goals for a redesign, and look at resources to accomplish these goals.

Meeting Purpose:  To find and maintain local resources that can support children and families in their own neighborhoods by recruiting, training, and supporting foster/adoptive parents and relative caregivers.

Meeting Purpose:  To target education, employment, and housing and permanency outcomes by exploring and implementing interventions through increased communication, collaboration, and partnerships with schools and other community partners.

Eliminating Racial Disparities & Disproportionality (ERDD)
Meets Monthly – 2nd Wednesday 9:00 AM -10:30 AM CASA Offices, 2nd Floor Conf. Room 214

Meeting Purpose:  To examine the over-or-under representation of minority children in foster care compared to their representation in the general population.

Parent Leadership Task Force (PLTF)
Meets every-other month - 2nd Tuesday 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Meeting Purpose:  To build the leadership capacity of successfully reunified parents and to enhance child welfare services practice in Orange County.
